I think you actually said SH1T instead of SHIFT. I think I've seen a leather T-shift knob before, I might even have had one on my Fiero before... but I wasn't aware they actually came with the Fiero. Ok, I just did some eBay snooping... looks like our same T-handle shift knob was also used on the 82-02 Firebird / Camaro, and even the earlier Saturn vehicles.
