I've considered his cloth seats twice over the years, but ultimately sourced used both times. His materials don't match stock, not even close.

That said I like his work -- nothing against him. Just right now no matter where you go, if you want to keep a stock appearance you're pretty SOL for cloth choices. Nothing new out there matches stock, and used seats are both in finite supply, and susceptible to failure from dry-rot after decades of baking in the sun.

The top right material is pretty close, if you rotate it 90 degrees. But I'd say that there is also some fading on your factory material as well. Still, I know that his fabric is a bit darker, but it's still a bit closer than this represents.

He's pretty set in using specific materials, but his quality is fantastic. I asked if he was willing to build seats if I provided the suede and fleece (so I could make a set of old school 85 GT optioned seats), but he politiely declined. He works with the materials he's comfortable with, and that's the price of admission.

There are lots of other vehicle upholstery places that will make seat covers for you, you just have to provide them with the old seat covers so they can disassemble them and cut them to proper size, like Mr. Mike likely did many years ago.
