There was a complete power train (2.8L) with a 5-speed Getrag listed in the local classified ads here in France.
OVOKO has Fiero parts as well (wreckers in Poland or Lithuania I think?)
And there is always Ebay. (Ebay Germany has quite a few parts at the moment.)
All this to say that it may be possible to source second hand Fiero parts here in Europe, at a price.

Welcome aboard! Big respect for what you’re doing there - you’re fighting not just for Ukraine’s freedom, but for all of Europe’s safety. Putin isn’t only trying to "reclaim" Ukrainian land, he’s also testing NATO’s resolve and strength, and it means a lot knowing guys like you are standing up to him.

I have a dash that you're welcome to have for free. It's from a 1984-1985 model, but it will fit any Fiero (they're basically identical). Let me know if you want it, and I can add back all the parts on it, and throw some other stuff in. You can have it all for free, just need to pay for shipping (by sea probably works best).
