I was wondering what the heck all those silver globs were ... until I realized all the light bulbs had been wrapped with aluminum foil!

Well I got the original fuel and injectors cleaned up tonight. 4 out of 6 were clogged solid.

I put the fuel rail back in. It holds good pressure. Got it to start up tonight for a couple seconds. Should be good now I hope.

Just a little update. It did run very well until the fuel pressure regulator went out. I have been reworking the injectors and am waiting for a pressure regulator. I got the brakes done and am working on the interior. The rear bumper just needs final assembly. I plan on having it the Dells Run for sale if anyone is interested. The car has very little surface rust.

It runs good now. Boy, 18 year old gas can really mess things up. Clogged fuel injectors, rusty tank/sending unit, blown regulator. I think it's driveable now. We'll see.
