It has a clean Carfax but looks like it may have flood damage. It's rusted from the rear of the cab back. I just sold the steering rack off of it yesterday. I'll be parting it out and offer it for sale as a candidate for a stretched wheelbase project. If no takers, I'll be crushing it.

Boostdreamer...that VIN you have is only 23 away from the last Fiero made..26402, probably made on the LAST day of production for the Fiero.
You may want to consider keeping it if possible. Just saying. Jim

I can't believe that my tread is still going around, and the funny thing is I get to add another one to the list, only this one I own.
VIN: 1G2PG1197JP222786
Color: Black
Mileage: 82050
Type: GT
Motor: 2.8L
Trans: 5 speed
Interior: (was) Beechwood, (now) Gray.
First Title: 11/25/1988 in Maryland.
Fully loaded Black GT, V6/5spd car. Was factory beechwood, now it has 87 GT gray interior. Missing the factory rear decklid, replaced with another GT but missing spoiler. It had black crosslace rims, and now has gray 87 ones. Motor is torn apart, but I have the parts to fix. Factory sunroof, and subwoofer (still works). All other standard options. Only RPO codes its missing are T-Tops, Rear Window Defrost, Floor Mats, Leather interior and Lumbar control (I know you cant get both, but those are the missing RPO).
She's a project car, and in rough shape but it appears that the car has not been in any accidents. The Factory VIN is still on the hood, doors and GT clip. Only thing that was replaced at some point is the rear decklid.

Nice find. My first GT had the sunshade. After I sold the car I found it in my garage. I tossed it in the trash, cause "I was never going to own another Fiero". I've had 5 since then.

You couldn't get lumbar with leather seats, so you can't consider it short one option......lumbar and leather are interchangeable, as far as considering one "loaded".

Hmmmm.....I thought I posted my Formula, but I can't find it. It's a fully loaded Formula.....white, gray interior, 5-sp., pw, pdl, rear de-fog., cruise, tilt, air, T-Tops, 178K miles.

Hello Database Guy,
I just became aware of this thread and was wondering if you will be or have already published a list of recorded 88 Fiero VIN's in numerical order? I have two 88 Fiero GT's, one being a T-top, that were imported from the US into Canada and I would like to check and see if they are listed on your database. It would also be interesting to know in which Country and City the 88 Fiero's are located.

Now new owner of a Black TTop 88 Fiero GT and owner of a Silver 88 Fiero GT. Also a second time owner of an 85 Fiero GT. Bought my first fully loaded Red Fiero GT new in 1985. Fiero's are Fabulous, Fix'em and have Fun! Note, Avatar picture is Mr. Bean (not me, ha ha).
