Hey all,

I feel like I've abandoned all of you for way too long. Sorry about that, I'm not fond of excuses but life has decided to be hectic this year. Apparently, life just gets busier and busier. Oh well. Let's see. Updates. The engine will have its finishing touches done soon, which means then it needs to magic itself up the basement stairs. lol Once that occurs it will be going back in the car. I have a few more pieces to vinyl and a few more "essential" pieces to put back in/on the car...like doors. they're kinda important. Especially in winter. BUT! Once those things are done, it will be drivable which means my baby can come home for the first time in a really long time, and that means my awesome Uncle can have his space back Then from there the interior and suspension will be fixed here at my house. So I have made a little progress, and it's close! If I can scrape together enough time it will be home long before Christmas.. hopefully.
Thank you all for your amazing support, and I know that without all of you I wouldn't have made it this far. To all those people who on the news say the world has more bad then good, I have to disagree. All of you have shown what can happen and how we can define each other when appreciate each others successes and help people through struggles. You have all been absolutely wonderful, I can't thank you enough.
Here's to the hope of a quick return home for bee, and for all of your projects I wish you all the best of luck!

I thought I'd give a brief update. Kathryn and family have been fighting the flu and upper respiratory problems since before Christmas so not much work going on except I believe the engine is complete with all the pieces and the estimate is if they could have the time possibly 3 weeks work and the car could be on the road. Pictures of car hard to do now that winter in the Great white north has hit because it's in the back and everything is in front. K is a bit antsy to get it done but high school classes and University take priority but her baby bee is always on the front of her mind. We've talked a bit and early this summer might be a reachable time for completion and if so there just might be a party. All who have had a hand would of course be invited or who would like to meet the girl and family. Please keep sending her your support and comments. We all want to see this done and none more than her. Thanks to all who support her on etsy. She bought car parts and her new computer with money earned from "art". Hope this finds all well and stay in touch.

Thanks for the update, hope Kathryn and Family are feeling better shortly. It's been so damn cold here in Michigan, not many people even want to venture out of the house !!!
