Lol says check KBB but KBB only goes to 92. There's only one photo dude is delusional.
Also has ribbed trim everything in 88 would have been smooth.

It's been my experience when buying used cars that when a seller refers to something as "new" on the car, it actually means more like not original. So yeah, a "new" paint job or tires or transmission or whatever could easily be several years old.
The same thing applies to buying a house. Advertised as "renovated"... only to find out it was renovated 15 years ago!
