For a start... CA company must meet CA DE and US Laws and Means must comply w/ Law Enforcement and FISA Court. (
DE? Is INC in Delaware as is Millions of others regardless actual business location.)
Worse. Verification page is run on/thru Wix, parastorage.com and sentry-cdn.com at minimum that stores user data too that will give data to the US Gov and others. You have to allow JS for 4+ sources and Google that runs reCAPTCHA.
