Out of my price range and too much acreage, but the fact it has a roof about gone, a creaky looking porch BUT a big ol window AC unit, a yard security light in the rear, and evidently some sort of ancient fire place (or 2) makes me REALLY want to see what this 1904 ranch house looks like inside.

Jane and I are leaving tomorrow to look at some properties to the West. I may make time to swing by and just look at this for poops and giggles.

The owner may have been going for a style. I think they got it spot on.
(This is so terrible.)
The kind of person that would ask his wife to change her name to little sister.

Speaking of Hovering "Lawn mowers"...My buddy sent me a video of a HZ-1 one man hovering platform........With a little work it might do a good job as a lawn mower!

I sent back to him "One false step and you would MESH with the machine!"

(I'll shut up now)

Appears to have great opportunities for anyone who loves or hates scrub trees.

I am in Italy Texas tonight, after spending a couple of days in Paris Tx at my mother in law's house.
Italy, where the sky goes on forever and the tallest thing around is a utility pole.

Guess you wouldn't like it here. But it's money, and what the loggers leave behind is heat.

I took it last Sept when I was setting up tree stands in the woods. It's from the uppermost meadow above my house on our former farm. The leaves were just starting to turn.
