The Supreme Court said Harris's mother is/was a Caucasian. The Supreme Court acknowledged in 1924ish that yes, Indians (dots) are Caucasian but still don't qualify for natural American citizenship because of obvious differences between them and the Free Whites who were allowed citizenship. Non-Whites had to attempt citizenship through allotments in a lottery. We weren't the nation of immigrants that people pretend.
