I've managed to accumulate a few Folger's cans of supports and failed prints and cant figure out what to do with it all. At 30 bucks a roll delivered it seems a shame to just toss the stuff. Anybody tried casting with it (should melt in the toaster oven at around 375) ? And where to start for the molds ect ?

What is the working time after you pull it out of the oven?

This guy made a couple of bowls

I have also seen mallets made from melted plastic.
I don't know if the plastic would get to a point where you could poor it into a mold.

You can recycle it into new filament, but unless you print a LOT, it's not worth doing that...

is it ABS, PLA, etc?
PLA melts around 200-210. ABS is higher.
