20-foot snowbanks !
Somebody tell me I'm insane.
Been looking for an affordable (5-year payoff) place since my lease was up, and I might have found one....In North Bay
(Kim is from "da nort" and has family there and in Sudbury so has been itching for a while to get back there.)
For you guys that never deal with white crap, that means 8 hours north into the snowbelt. BUT, 35 grand, private mortgage, 2 bedroom. Needs an updating but I can have it paid off in 4-5 years or less then be living for 300 bucks a month housing cost.
(Its right next door to Algonquin Park, best vacation spot in the world....IN THE SUMMER !)
