Just imagine for a second that the majority of businesses are owned by white people. Then those businesses go under, new businesses will open up with Government backed loans AND application quotas........

Don't get me wrong, I am not against loans or business for "minorities", I am against quotas. Don't forget the quotas change at a whim and depends on who is in control at any given time. Business loans, home loans, car loans and school loans should not be given out on a skin color qualification. The bank is a business and should be looking at a person's ability to repay the loan. NOT what color or gender or religion they are.
Quotas discriminate and in many cases are racist. If America really wants to abolish racism we need to abolish quotas.
