The ACLU on behalf of The Sierra Club and Southern Border Communities Coalition will continue their opposition but the upshot of this ruling is..

quote The court's four liberal justices dissented, saying they would have prohibited construction while a court challenge continues, after a federal appeals court ruled in June that the administration had illegally sidestepped Congress in transferring the Defense Department funds. “The Court’s decision to let construction continue nevertheless I fear, may operate, in effect, as a final judgment,” Justice Stephen Breyer wrote in a brief dissent for the four liberals.

Let us hope that is true.

If the left continues down the path they are trying to go... we won't need a wall because people won't be trying to get in anymore.

So long as we can prevent Socialism and maintain free-market Capitalism, people will always be fighting to get into the United States.

What people need to do is fight and make their own countries a free-market society and fight corruption.


I'm thrilled that the wall is being allowed to continue. We need to be able to prevent unfettered immigration.

1 - It prevents new illegals from coming in who will undoubtedly vote Democrat if given the chance (both legally in the future, or illegally now)
2 - It prevents continued draw on our health care system and our not for profit hospitals.
3 - It eliminates insanely cheap manual labor
4 - It helps protect our borders from adversaries sneaking in.
