So it can travel at speeds up to 120mph. Hopefully the driver understands that at those speeds, you don't want those wing tips coming anywhere near the water.

I saw another version somewhat similar to that, designed for military use on video a few days ago.

Evidently, it was of no interest to the Pentagon, but they appeared to have done everything they can to make sure no one else could be either.
