That would be one of those $5.00 ricer add on which gives it 200 more Horse Power, and reduces the value by $200.00, .

i would say that little vent on the hood would basically just add a bit a drag too the car lol.

If it's got a carburetor swap done, that gives clearance for the air cleaner.

Might be something someone set on the decklid, the snow makes it hard to determine....
Looks like the white one has custom wheels.

The white one has GORGEOUS wheels on it. The breather sure looks like it's a carb. And it is not sitting on top of the decklid from what I saw, but i could be wrong. I looked under the removed vent slots and the motor looked like the 2 8 I saw the coolant top on the passenger end

I am just relieved that it is not cliffw.
