With all the nuts out there taking away rights, or trying too, banning mags, making life difficult, threatening, etc..

If one were to move to a state that is still free, and will be a long time, which would they be?

Texas?

It has cactus, and begins with the letter "A" (But keep that to yourself, OK?)

Your neighbor to the west. I always loved the gun laws (or lack thereof) in South Dakota.

With all the grabbers around, that would have to be the state of readiness

Maybe Wyoming? I honestly don't know but that'd be one of the states I would look at if I was looking for such a place. With it's low population and it having such lax fireworks laws, I would think firearms would maybe be more lax as well?

NC is open carry for everyone (no permit required). Concealed requires a CCW permit but NC has reciprocity with just about every other state. (I've been using my Indiana permit for 2 years.)
Have to either have a NC CCW permit or separate ($5) purchase permit to buy.
