The anti-liberal moment Critics on the left and right are waging war on liberalism. And liberals don’t seem to have a good defense. Zack Beauchamp for Vox(.com); September 9, 2019. https://www.vox.com/policy-...ocialism-reactionary
Kind of a 'longish' read or magazine length article.
I haven't read through hardly any of it myself, but I know a valuable online media commodity when I see one.
I havent read it either. But I like the headline, and hope they know what liberalism, leftism is exactly when they take aim.
I did read it.
I held my nose and read through it and the author DOESN'T know what liberalism is , what neoliberalism is, what Marxism is or what conservatism is.
He doesn't know what much of anything objectively and honestly is.
It reads like a manifesto / screed from a college undergraduate trying, and miserably failing, to put together a coherent thesis on a topic he knows nothing about.
Combine that with a very large dose of Marxist propaganda *liberally* (pun intended) sprinkled through the text and it amounts to a typical VOX Communist apologetics article, complete with props for Comrade Bernie Sanders and numerous stabs at President Trump.
The only "novelty" of the Marxist sermon is that it failed to mention the term "alt-right".
It's likely just an oversight by the author.

I tried, I couldn't get through it. It was rife with trying to hodge-podge various points in history as some kind of coherent argument, which was very obviously lost on me.
It's clearly written by someone who *thinks* they are an academic, but is probably some mid-20 something that did a bunch of Google searches looking to bolster an incoherent hypothesis he happened to have while standing at the urinal.

I read part of the article, could not get through it, as I did not want to fill my mind with his lack of reason. I have only read a few articles in which the author could contradict the premise three times in one paragraph. My head hurts.....

Vox is an opinion journalism website founded by people from the Daily Kos
I check it out now and then to see what the left is crying about, but it's kind of crappy journalism done by young millennials sitting in an echo chamber cubical office in NYC, who think they have the answers to everything. These are people who never been outside of NYC and seen the rest of America.
Look at their website now it is all about Climate Change Strikes and fawning over Warren (who is a very bad person).
The left think that Trump is a narcissistic a-hole? But are completely blind on Warren who is Trump X 3 in narcissism? Oh well.

That is the man's bio pic. Nothing, nothing he posted was about what you wrote. Absolutely nothing matches up to the drugged induced, made up BS that you so often spew.
