So, a "bunch" of people are "going ape" over the the question of "appeal".
The only thing that would be better is if the woman depicted in the questionable artwork were named "Anna"; for then, the debate would be over whether to ban Anna.
Honestly, this is the dilemma of government sponsored art. Just as with religion, government should neither promote nor restrict art.
