For those that have never had an authentic or real Mexican taco, that's what they look like. Right out of a Taqueria.
Usually no garnish tho. They have sauce available in a squeeze bottle but nothing else most of the time.
The tacos we see in American 'Mexican' restaurants with all the superfluous crap heaped on them are 'TexMex' or worse..ground beef.
That's about the right amount of beef..in the picture, and always with 2 soft corn tortillas.


Beef don't come easy.....

Yeah, I guess the whole "alien mutilation" joke is kind of lost if someone has never seen the guy whack up the carne asada on the comal.
The picture makes my mouth water and crave a cold beer.
