If this is a true story, she is either that stupid that she doesn't know what tree pollen is, she is that stupid (racist/vicim mentality) that she blames EVERYTHING including trees or it is a publicity stunt. Either way, this is totally irrational and ridiculous.

It never occurred to me that planting a tree could result in a hate crime, unless Don in Texas sees that tree on his land.
I have always considered trees more of a sex crime because of the pollen raping of my nose. And just because my nose got wet it does not mean I enjoyed it and it would no longer be rape.
I wish I had known this was a thing last year when the Cottonwood trees were trying to mate with me. It was so thick you could have burned the entire state down with a single match. I wonder if I can get some of the rent back because they chose to plant those trees outside of my apartment.
