These are sisters, the tuxedo cat is the "catch me" if you can cat, the gray striped cat is the curl up with you cat. They love crawling up on the bed and sleeping with us.
This is Tak. Though I mostly call him Clyde. He stays mad at me for days if I run a tractor or ride a horse without him.
Nice !
I never tried to put Taz or Zowie on a horse back then....kinda figured one animal pizzed off at me at a time was enough.
Was funny as hell to watch Taz (big spaniel) and the little pony play though. I think the dog thought he was a pony and vice versa.
Wont ever happen now. I spent 1/2 of last summer on a cane, and keep both a cane and crutches around because I never know when a knee or hip will give out. They can give up on me just walking down the street.
Enjoy it while you can !

Notice how much camera phones have improved over the years? That photo was taken in 2010 with whatever was the nicest phone on the market at the time; which was an HTC Evo 4G. Dual flash 8MP camera. GRAINY. Here is another from that era, but if you look at the photo of the cat on the fence you can tell how much difference the tech has come.
Last photo is a different dog and I'll be damned if I can remember, but that was on a Treo 650. Still the top of the line at the time, but WOW. Circa 2005

Brennan, good to see you. Did you do his ears or are they just perky? Cute little guy.
Been busy. Moved to Texas, traveled a bit, been doing a lot of house projects getting our place all updated before starting my new job... Got engaged...
His ears are natural. I would never clip a dog's ears or cut a tail unless for medical reasons!
They are mutts, rescues. They aren't even related but they look like they are. Stella, the bigger one is a Chow and Shepherd mix, and Dusty the perpetual puppy is part Pit.

Stella truly got the best of both worlds there. She's gorgeous! Ollie did too--he really looks more like an Australian Kelpie than he looks like his parents. Living in some apartments over the years, that helped us out, because he's a mix of two of the most feared breeds.
