Wouldn't a five gallon bucket be considered an assault bucket ? How many rocks are in a five gallon bucket ? Each student gets one river stone ?

Are we going to do background checks to see who can throw these rocks ? What if a student conceal carries his own rocks ? Her could then use them in the hallways. Oh, wait, put them in the bucket so all of the students will have to go to the bucket at the same time, they will be a harder target to hit.

I haven't dug into it to verify the story but I find the thought of bringing The Original Murder Weapon into schools to be used as a weapon just a little hilarious.
