The Lotus C-01 is a prototype that never really got off the ground.
That first monstrosity is a perfect example of how a gullible public will follow stupid trends right off the edge of a cliff. Someone told them it was cool, therefore it is so. Arguing against that point only displays one's oafishness. The same thing applies to the Democratic party.

Curious how the shocks are supposed to damp the rear swing arm on #1. It looks like they are in extension, rather than compression, with the way they are mounted....

Although the above pictured mechanical miscarriage was never intended to traverse the tarmac, some shocks do work that way.

Which explains a lot... I've said it before and repeat it now. The gullibility of certain demographics never ceases to amaze me.
