So yeah, while out shopping with the wife this morning we walked by a car that sorta blended in with all the others in the lot. Had I not been going by it because it was in a handicap spot I probably wouldn't have noticed anything about it. However, as I walked by I saw the emblem and thought "what is that?" I didn't stand and gawk or take a picture of it but I did look to see if I saw any writing with it. There was writing under the symbol and at first I thought it said Buick but with my glance the last 2 letters did not look like a ck. I've looked on image searches and haven't seen something really like it but maybe it was a model emblem rather than maker. It was on the front hood, center at the front lip like most cars that have one there. It looked something like this as best I can recall.
Any Ideas? It looked a bit more bird like than above but for a 2 color facsimile...

Because my wife was already halfway across the final driving aisle before going into the store and I didn't want to go through the headache of calling her back. On top of that, my cell is in a water proof case because of the work I do and the clear areas are all scratched up from dirt making pictures a bit fuzzy. I did plan to take one anyways on the way back out to the car if it was still there, but sadly it wasn't .
No, Weichai only makes a SUV for the auto market from what I found. The car was a sedan not much different from say a Honda Accord, Kia Optima or Hyundai Sonota in size and appearance.
I am thinking Hundai's new luxury off shoot. The name escapes me.
Edit: Genisis.
The Equus Emblem is the closest I've seen so far in my searching. If it is that and that's Hyundai's new luxury line, then i am sure I will see one again sometime and I will know for sure.
