I've been using Opera mini on my tablet and phones for a few months now, and while it is GREAT at saving data on the 3g connection, it causes a LOT of problems with forms, quotes on this forum, ect. Basically it is a good reader but not so good if you actually USE the device for more than just reading stuff.

I have gotten to the point that I read in Opera, and switch to Chrome to do anything else which is irritating as hell.

Anybody got a suggestion for a decent replacement that is fast, saves some data (I only get 5g/mo of full-speed and usually go thru that in 10-12 days) but still actually WORKS decently?

I use chrome myself. The one that came on my Samsung phone sucked...I dont even know what it was. Some websites like Directv and ATT wouldnt even work at all. Not a big complaint for me that others complain about, but I kind of like getting ads for stuff im actually interested in.

I use Firefox. Never had any issues with it on my phone (or computer). You can even get Firefox for your iOS machine. (I run that on my iPad.)
