Roger Moore (James Bond) has been shaken, not stirred for the last time. Moore played 007 at least 7 times starting in 1973. It was a toss up for my favorite 007 actor between Roger Moore and Sean Connery. RIP

Sad. It was a toss up for me between him and Connery, as well.

Never heard of "ion". I don't need a marathon. I have all the Bond movies I want.

Remember watching the first James Bond movie, "Dr. No" at a base in Greenland..
That was a long time ago and the person playing the "Bond" character has changed many times since then.
But Sean Connery is still my favorite "Bond" with Roger Moore being second.

RIP Roger Moore

For me... Roger Moore was the best James Bond. He epitomized what I think of James Bond. But again, it could be because that's the one I grew up with. My first James Bond movie was "For Your Eyes Only"... and it's always been my favorite ever since... I mean, let's just look at it from the perspective of action scenes:

1 - Ski chase & ski jump chase
2 - Multiple car chases
3 - Bobsled chase
4 - Spelunking
6 - Pirate ship fight
7 - Underwater fight scenes
8 - Small submarine battle
9 - Helicopter chase / battle
10 - Winter Olympics

I mean, I know I'm still missing half the movie. Was there a better James Bond movie? No there wasn't...

That's Ursula Andress. You're thinking of Carole Bouquet (aka Melina Havelock).

Ursula Andress wasn't in For Your Eyes Only. She was in Dr. No and the original Casino Royale.

Separate thread so I wouldn't take away from the BEAUTY of the previous thread.

Maybe it was just the time I grew up in or the first new Bond film I watched, and I know he is considered the least favorite by consensus, like Val Kilmer Batman, but Timothy Dalton is my favorite Bond.
