Anyone seen or heard from him?
I know a lot of us disagree with him on everything, kind of fun in it's own way.
Just checking to see if he's still pumping blood and air.

Koi, cool. We had a pond till we moved. Now they are in a "nut-con" pool We plan on digging another pond for them at our new place. But so far they seem to be happy in the "temporary" pond.
What kind of setup do you have?

Koi are great

It's only an echo chamber because there aren't as many voices to counter. You need to be here to do your part

Gas golf carts sound fun. What does hotrodding one look like?

Make sure all the animals get their shots! You don't want them to get Rayb(ies)! Then you'd have to find some nut-con to come shoot them and who really has the time for that?

Okay, so they're basically penned in. I thought perhaps that conditions (food, water, sun) were so good in your pool that maybe they just didn't want to leave.

how do you think we get mermaids

no the fish just do it in the water
by guys/fish crashing into the females
near mops that look like tree roots to them
then remove the mops to keep eggs from being eaten
and allow the fry to grow in small tanks

Hey Ray, where do you live in Miami that you can cruise around in golf carts on the streets?

My parents live in the Villages, so they do the same thing, but that's a retirement community.

You sure burn a lot of fossil fuels for a liberal.
Speaking of burning fuel, are you following Formula 1 this year?

the bays , cutler bay and palmetto bay have a few year old rule on local carts
get a $60 sticker one time good forever and stay off the major roads like us1 or old cutler
no tag title or fla reg needed but you have to have ins but that is like $50 a year
and they allow the other city carts so I can drive from 136 st south to 220 st
and east of us1

It's the same everywhere.

I drove by my old farmhouse about s year ago. It still LOOKS the same, but those little towns 5-10 minutes away aren't so little anymore. Doper problems even there, and sharia invasion.

To top it off the county put in a wack of bylaws restricting 3/4 of what I used to enjoy. I wouldn't want it anymore. All the advantages of living away from people are gone. Now it's just another over-priced, over-regulated building.

I've noticed that too... also near Hollywood. A lot of the older homes are getting torn down and replaced with huge mansions. It wasn't much of a loss in places like Los Olas where most of the homes were trailers and old nondescript ranches, but many of the older homes in Hollywood and Fort Lauderdale are torn down and replaced with newer Ultra Modern homes... which while cool... Florida does lose some of that old-world charm.
