Follow the link above my last post to a new thread and click that link. It said she had gun with the serial number removed, which is illegal.

"Milwaukee's north side", as reported in the article, is a euphemism. What they really MEAN is "the hood".
It is a black, drug-infested, violent neighborhood that is unsafe for black or white to be in probably at any time but especially after dark.
There ARE no practical jokes in the neighborhood. There is nothing funny or lighthearted in any way about that neighborhood.
A CLASSIC stereotype of the family in that area. Mother that has a child when she is 16 (what was she waiting for?). Packing heat. Could anyone really BLAME her? She is a female in that neighborhood out after dark.
Really. Let that sink in for a minute. When I'm out and around doing things after dark, I'm out and around doing things and thinking about that.
In THAT neighborhood, you are LITERALLY taking your life in your own hands being out after dark. EVERY time. You are in danger the minute you step out the door (and often, in doors, too but not as much).
That said to explain the DEPTH of the stupidity of the 21 year old to even for one minute THINK that what he was doing was going to be funny.IP: Logged |
