Buddycraigg, when I first read heretics response back on the 28th, my first thought was " You've got to be kidding me.... no way she just had a baby and looks that great" I didnt read it as a negative response, and I hope he didnt mean it as such either, maybe his intention was what I thought it was? btw tell Polly thanks for the poses

I said it before and I'll say it again, Polly is a strikingly beautiful woman. She has incredible eyes (as well as everything else ) Do you have any high res face shots? Thank you both for sharing the pics with us.

Its odd how a female fitness modles like Yellowstone's woman looks great and healthy with tone fit bodies but the dudes look crapy with wierd shaped bodies and bulging viens and arteries, it just doesn't look healthy.
Actually, I think Lyen is one of the few female fitness models that still look feminine. Too many get that chiseled look the guys go after and it just doesn't work on a woman's body. Some female body builders look like they have more testosterone in their body that most men.

Lyen is the type of woman I like as far as female fitness. Fit yet still feminine. Not the women that look like men in bikinis. Just not attractive to me at all. I applaude their accomplishments. But I just don't think the full-blown women body builders are attractive.

It's not that odd. The guy (Uwe Hemmer, very nice person by the way) is in the highest men's bodybuilding class while Lyen is in the lowest womens (fitness) class.
Lyen is (for a woman) actually at the limit of what you can get in terms of muscle mass without taking steroids. Uwe is most definitely taking them.

Maybe I need steriods! I've been working out since college (15 years) and my build is closer to Lyen's than Uwe's. Sadly, I'm jealous of "her" biceps. Please PM me her diet and workout schedule, I'm curious to know what she's curling. I'm starting to think an hour a day 4 days a week just isn't enough! Also, the next time you're in the States I'll trade free room and board if you courier a 355 nose for me. She shouldn't have any trouble carrying it. As long as you're coming, go ahead and bring some real chocolates and original gummy bears. Danke.
