Just my opinion but, you really need to post some better pictures of this.
Doesn't matter to me, just trying to help. I guess it's a reflection of light but.............

the pics are about 3years apart with 2 different cameras and unfortunatly that is as good as my abilities with a camera gets. sorry

I agree. Make the effort for better pics. And list an asking price.

I don't believe it's the camera, it's the reflection of light. I can't see most of the car at least on the two different screens I've tried. Retake the pics and repost so a potential buyer can see what he's getting.
