If it's only crushed, but not broken or otherwise compromised, you can remove the tube from the car (88s are easy) and "refurb" it. I clamped mine in a vise, and was able to straighten it somewhat. What I couldn't straighten, I hammered back into something resembling a "round" shape. It actually worked much better than I expected.
I have a few sets of them here in Elfers, Florida 34680, all are in excellent condition, however that is much further away than your 3 hour drive requirement. Unfortunately they are next to impossible to ship anywhere and any way that is economically feasible.
