Does it have A/C? (Old fat boys like me need A/C.)

If it were within a couple hours, I'd be there within a couple hours to pick it up...

As far as I know, the only "real" issue, is it has a weird idle every now and then. Other than that, everything works. Even the parking brake works.

How is the rust from underneath on the frame rails/coolant brackets, etc?
