Same here. Looking for just front. I have the Held wide track kit on the back already. Not hearing good things about WCF. It seems if customers do get there parts, it takes up to 6-7 months....

I've had good experiences dealing with the owner at WCF, he seems to be a wealth of knowledge. On the downside, every order I've had through him has arrived wrong, needing welding, or needing machining. In some cases I did it myself, while others I've had to pay again for the service. I will add that in the case of machining after a few phone calls he did reimburse me my actual cost. Still, not looking for that sort of time sink or hassle again on control arms.

That being said, I'm told fiero factory has acquired the patterns for the control arms from Arraut. When I called, I was informed they'd have to call me back... Still hadn't got that call.

Overall, I'm thinking I'll probably end up making my own. I've got a spare set of control arms for mock up, a draw bender, and would not be the wildest thing I've fabbed up.

just my 2 cents

Are you talking about the control arms on an 88 rear? If so I can make them as long as you would like. And I could make them adjustable.I made three sets . One for my self. All standard length.

I have seen the units that Roger Linsells made up and they are very strong and robust and should be able to stand the daily beating they'd get on the street, however I know that they would have to be sold as "For Off The Road Use Only" due to DOT regulations. Other than that they are much stronger then the earlier Held and Arnult units previously produced and sold. Contact Roger at Linsells.com in Gainesville, FL 32609 or call him at 352-514-0210 you will get an education I promise.

I'm looking for control arms front and rear for the 84-87. Looking at 4" longer in a heavy duty version if you will. Front's need to accommodate a coil over with full articulation. I do not need the upper coil over mount for the front.

As someone who had bad luck with Arraut in the past, I did not want to see them go under, taking all that knowledge, inventory and templates with them. As the years go by, one by one, we are left with fewer and fewer vendors providing us with these specialized parts. I don't have any help for you, I just wanted to you to know that collectively, we are all in the same boat. We need someone to step up and take over this responsibility, they could corner the market and all they really need to do is the basic's. Take orders, make quality parts, provide answers, and get orders to the buyer in a reasonable time. Not saying its easy, but just hoping that someone is out there. Look at what has been done with taillight lens's, we never thought that someone would actually make them and now we all can have new GT lens's.
