The lower bolt is terminaly seized ,do to rust, in the right rear of my 88.The upright is what I call the cast iron thing that surrounds the rear wheel bearing .R.T.

I believe that what you are looking for is called the knuckle. If the two lower strut bolts are rusted in place , only the torch can get them loosened.

if you have a stuck bolt heat around it until chery red hot it will come loose we have to do this all the time in the New England as every thing rust's due to the amount of salt used in the winters on the roads

Yes; and smer a lot of antiseize on at reassembly.If there is a next time there won't be a problem.But I didn't do that last time,so that's why I have a this time.
