Hello all I am looking for a handout on some gt tail lites I only need the back part. I have good lenses and got a donation of the inside piece. I just need the backs now. The ones in my car are painted black and I need the silver one so the bulbs will show. Can you help? Can work out a trade as well if needed.

Just paint the ones in your car now with chrome paint. Should be shiny enough.

Yes, chrome paint will work just fine. I have restored many tail lights using that method, and they will really pop if using led bulbs.

Thank you for the responses. I thought about doing this but I an thinking that I will get new covers when they are ready. I dont really want to and also afraide of messing up my system that I have at this moment. I will keep an eye on ebay as well.
