Hi. I am selling my 86 SE. Just picked up an 84 and want to restore that instead. This use to be my daily driver 15 yeas ago. But it is time for it to go to someone that will finish it up. I have done a lot of work to it. At the time back in 2007 the whole suspension was done including ball joints, tie rods and KYB shocks and struts. I also have done Grand Am brakes in the front and Cadillac rear caliper conversion with grand am rotors. The interior is painted blue with custom fitted seat covers. I have also installed a touch screen radio and a bigger sub in the stock location. I believe it is a 8 inch. The front and rear speakers are also on amps which are mounted behind the passenger seat. The car has about 150000 miles on it but the motor was supposedly rebuilt by the previous owner at around 60000. I rebuilt the top end of the motor in 2007. It is the 2.8 V6. I rebuilt the heads and put Accel fuel injectors in and at the time new plugs and 10 mm wires. The mounts where also all replaced. It also has stainless steal headers. I installed a custom Truleo intake which itself cost $700 at the time. Also I installed a crane ignition box. The transmission was rebuilt also in 2007 and has maybe 5000 miles on it. I put 17 in rims. It is defiantly going to need new tires. It has been sitting since 2008 and I was starting it every other week for four years. But it sat not started until last year. I drained the old gas and put a battery in it and it started up after a few tries. It actually ran really good when started. I drove it down the street and back but the rubber lines in the front going to the universal trans cooler must of dry rotted and started leaking so they need to be replaced. The only major issue right now with the car is I can't get the front hood opened. It seems to be stuck. I am looking to get $900 for it. Forgot to add in I am located in Mahopac, NY.
