From my PM's ...

----- Original Message -----
I have the entire unit from a Formula (same suspensions as GT)
The unite has less than 17K on it.
Problem is that I live in NY, so shipping would be a bear.
I would need to hear your offer for this.

--------------------------------------------------------------

Mike, thanks for the reply. That unit would work just fine.

The problem on my end is I have no idea what it would be worth. Nor do I have any idea what shipping might be, or who would even ship it. Of course I want to solve my need as cost friendly as possible.
Any idea what it weighs ?

I am doing some shopping / investigating / searching. Semi local would be great as I could pick it up.
I will get back with you.

----------------------------------------------------------

PM replied to Mike.

Anyone know have an estimate of how much money I would need ? I have to make sure I have it.

I am a dumbazz. About twelve years ago I went to Houston and tow dollyed one just like it. It sat for years. About two tears ago, I sold it for my costs to someone interested in putting it on the road. He never did and I guess I forgot that I bought it for mainly suspension parts. Now I need it and he won't even sell me the parts I need.

PM at you, shortly.

WS6 that is...

Make sure the coded tags are on the springs for matching correct pairs.

WS6, thank you.
Good info on the springs having the coded tags. I am smarter and that will come in handy.

All 88 springs have the same rate, just the lengths are different. Sway bars and steering racks are also all the same, so get "any" 88 front suspension and swap your springs. Or once you have it, check the spring tag to see if the spring already match.

The codes are ARB, ARC, ARD, FPH, FPJ (notice WS6 isn't a spring tag code).

Does anybody know how to get in touch with ccfiero350 ? I know we get busy with other life issues. Our communication stopped on his end.

Still looking.
