I have two northstar 4.6 engines. The one in back is a ‘94. Was rebuilt 10 years ago with 100k miles, doesn’t turn over by hand now. The other engine is a ‘95, and it does turn over by hand. I also have four bins of parts for the engines, like headers, wiring, computers, spare set of heads, cams, lifters, etc...
If a Fiero enthusiast is interested, we can work out a price. I also can help you with mounts and custom cradle.
