My wheel sets will all need some amount of resto, be it paint, polishing, finish sanding & paint or even sanding out curb rash on an odd wheel.

Here's a set of 18" aftermarkets I took off a Jetta. They have a nice appearance. However one has some flaking of the chrome on the inner surfaces. The outer most surfaces are fine and look great. Getting a pic of the flaking would take finding them in storage at another location.
