the seal beams in the Munson headlight kit are composit type.That is they can be taken apart.The filament is glued into the glass part with a kind of gasket cement.Judicious use of a pliers with firm even pressure will break the bond.Take your time.Completely clean the glass lens/reflecter.Glue in new filament with a good grade of rtv and your in business.The standard filament high beam is 55 watts.Get one that puts out 65 watts or more.Make sure the base is bent and fits the weatherpack plug .R.T.
