Do you have installation instructions? I am interested in how the roll cage is attached and to what points. BTW, is this cage certified to some sort of standard?

No real install instructions, there's 4 points w/ the cage part behind the seat and two points along the footwell. Drill and screw for the most part.

And no certifications.

I happen to be in the market for a roll bar / cage setup.

Does it have "feet" that install in the footwells, to attach the front ends of the door bars? Also, do you have the door bar mounting hardware? And is any other hardware included? (bolts, nuts, etc)

The "feet" didn't get pulled from the car that it was originally installed in - it had been so long I forgot about those. And there is hardware for the mounting points on the cage to the door bars.
