DANG! I think I really want this but have a question(s)...

Seeing as a 7730 ECM is better (faster processing?) does it require a digital EGR? Does the 7730 handle the old vacuum EGR?

Also guessing this is a Plug-N-Play set up?

This is as close to plug-n-play as you are going to get. I built the adapter so that I could go back to the stock ECM if there was a issue that I needed to troubleshoot.

It is programmed for the digital EGR. Not sure how it will act if you use the OEM EGR setup. To me the whole point was to have the faster read, digital EGR, and the 4,000 PPM from the 7730 ECM to hookup my Heads Up Display...

I should also note that your engine should be in good running order before doing the 7730 ECM. Because it reads faster it actually amplifies any issues. That is why I used the adapter to go back to stock if necessary...
