$1500

$1500 takes it all.
At this time not parting out, all or nothing.

Series III engine cost me $900. New tires ran me $400. I've got a lot more time and money in it than just that, but the S3 engine and tires alone are worth more than what I'm asking.

Series 3 has approx 60,000mi was pulled from a wrecked car (that was running, no damage to engine, car was totaled though).

4t65ehd came w/ the series 2 and has approx 75,000mi on it. Same as above, came from wrecked car.

Needs ECU reprogrammed for Series III engine. Comes w/ 3 Series II ECUs. All will work with harness and engine electronics. Series III and II are near identical electronics, but will need a flash for the series III. You can get it reprogrammed through the mail by: http://www.gmtuners.com/eprom/index.htm

The other difference is the electronic throttle on the S3, it needs to be converted to manual throttle from the S2. The Series II throttle body can be adapted by purchasing an adapter plate such as the one seen here: http://shop.zzperformance.c...y-Adapter-Plate.aspx

Additionally you'll want to upgrade the fuel lines. They are too small and too kinked to be used with this big engine (which led to a lean condition which spun a bearing in the series II). A 255LPH Walbro is already in the tank.

Body complete (hood, trunk, wing, not pictured, but I have them)
Few cosmetic issues (scratches/chips in paint, cracked quarter windows, cracked tail light lens)
Custom wiring harness complete for 3800 swap
Two 3800 engines come with car. One Series II (L67) and one Series III (L32).
Series II motor has a spun bearing. Still salvageable and could be rebuilt.
Car was running a Series II supercharged 3800 for about 6mo until fuel issues lead to lean condition and spun bearing.
Fuel line needs to be upgraded (too restrictive) to support 3800 swap.
Custom engine mounts and axles for 3800 swap.
Good 4T65E-HD comes with motors (attached to Series II L67).
Has separate trans cooler installed for HD trans.
Interior is mostly gutted.
Headlight motors don't work (don't go up or down).
Brand new (~6mo of driving, maybe 1000mi total) tires on all four wheels.
No AC and most of the AC parts have been removed.
Lots of random and spare parts go with it.

Here's a video of when I first had it running: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=mRpZsS7mbYc

interior is stripped but I have most of the components for restoration other than carpet. Most of it is in condition you'd expect from a 30 year old car.
You can see a few interior shots over at: http://imgur.com/a/KydRc
I selected a few of the photos to post here:

Haha thanks. I enjoyed it for the years while I've had it. Time to move on unfortunately
