I'm looking to buy an Indy for restoration. Budget is $650 to buy the car. I am located in the SW VA area.

I do not need the engine to run, the only request I have is that any cars offered have their Indy fender badges and have a fair quality interior.

Ive already looked at that one, he doesn't have a title and refuses to go through the process to get one. Also, because I'm a VA resident I can't legally buy a car without a title in NC.
