I went through one of my local salvage yards and found 4 or 5 (there are possibly more) AR labeled cruise modules. I would be willing to grab them and ship them for $50 + shipping. They will include the throttle cable and mounting bracket.
I will talk to the salvage yard early this coming week. I know if the engine is bad in the car they'll let me cut the harness. (If I remember correctly I can get about 6" of pigtail easily off of the connector which should be plenty to splice into the fiero harness). As long as they don't charge me extra (or more than a dollar or two) for the plug I won't charge for it but they've been reasonable on most of their pricing with me.

Going back out to the yard in a couple days. They have at least 4 more out there that I can pull. I won't pull them if I don't have someone interested in them.
Bumping this back into existence. I've got 5 AR cruise modules (with wiring pigtail, throttle cable, and bracket) sitting on the shelf. I'm asking $45+ shipping. I've got my own diagram drawn up, and can give some simple pointers for installing it. I've got it in my 3800sc 5 speed 87 GT and it works great!
