If you are needing the two front rotors removed from the 84-87 hubs, I offer this service for $175 shipped (+$35 shipping surcharge to Canada) . You will receive 2 new hubs with the rotor surface removed, the hubs will have new inner races, as well as longer wheel studs installed. All the finish machining to the hubs is done on my lathe.

I had previously posted a How To thread here covering the details of the work.
//www.fiero.nl/forum/Forum2/HTML/126744.html

My local NAPA keeps 6 hubs in stock for me and I try to keep 3 sets of the longer wheel studs in stock as well. This means that there normally is a 1-2 day turn around between payment and shipment of the hubs - depending on my work load at the time.

Sample hubs for the GrandAm brake upgrade:

Sample hubs for the Lebaron, 12" C4, or C5 brake upgrades:

I prefer paypal, but postal money orders work as well (just takes longer).

To order either post in the thread or send me a PM and I will give you my paypal email address.

Bump.

If you are doing the C4 rotor upgrade, I can also supply the rotors drilled for the 5x100 pattern.

It depends on the mfg of the hubs.
Most OEM hubs use: Dorman PN 610-323
Some aftermarket hubs use: Dorman 610-427

These are longer studs for use with brake kits, not stock length studs.

You are the Man... not ready to order yet, but I'm sick of crappy solid rotors on my 84.

The drilled/slotted/zinc coated rotors shown above are $265 shipped (US) and include the 4 concentric rings.
If you order the machined hubs and rotors together, there is $50 discount for a total of $390 shipped. (US)

I just did a set of hubs, concentric rings and C5 front (12 3/4") /C4 (12") rear rotor combo for a customer... so if anyone is interested in these parts (everything minus the calipers and caliper brackets), feel free to PM me about them.

4-5 business days. I have started to get the rotors from my local Napa, as they can have them in 3 days vs. up to 5 from the place I was using.

I know there was talk long time ago about machining back the face of the hubs to account for the thickness of the added rotor..
most of the hubs I just do not see the thickness there. Is that possiable with the rotors you are using?

I wouldn't recommend facing the hubs to make them thinner. There isn't much extra material and they are cast iron. Cast iron is much more brittle than steel, so you need more material to keep it from cracking. Doing this also alters the depth of the rotor vs. caliper mounting bosses on the upright and may cause fitment issues with the caliper brackets.

If the increased track is a major concern you could look into 2 piece rotors as their hats are normally made from thinner material than the cast iron rotors. Or look into machining the hub to push the rear bearing deeper into the hub which might allow it to be placed further inboard on the spindle (as long as there is room on the outboard bearing to slide further inboard on the spindle). The downside to this bearing mod is it brings the two bearings closer which reduces the lateral loading they can withstand.

sounds good, I was worried about wheels were 18x7.5 38mm offset and plus the rotors, it seems like very little of the center hub is left for hub centric ring,,
