I am listing this for a friend. It's an indy with no engine or trans, but otherwise should be complete. I believe it has 170 or 180K on it, it's less than 200 I know that for sure. I haven't had it up in the air but the rear subframe and trunk and such look really really rust free. Interior is in good shape other than the driver seat and the passenger seat is starting to crack on the leather. O, and because people are stupid, someone took the axles out, and my friend thought it was still a good idea to tow it home on a tow dolly, so the passenger back wheel fell off, it's still here, just no longer attached to the car.

You can get ahold of him at 513-849-6450, His name is tyler. (also, he is third shift so please do not call between 8:00am and 5:00pm) O, and he was wanting $600 for it btw, and It's located at my house (which is why I listed it ) in middletown ohio

Can you post the VIN and mileage for the Indy list? To be fair, most people probably don't know the axle keeps the wheel bearing from coming apart

Also, what is that black box on the passenger side below the shifter?

Tyler certainly didn't know the axle held the bearing together, he's just super lucky the wheel didn't fly off and hit a car or a person or something stupid.

The little black box btw, is a cupholder, kinda nifty, I should steal it from him

Also, I will post the vin for the indy list, whenever tyler shows up with the title.

You could part it out and sell me the dash for my Indy.

I can probably talk him into parting it out, but I don't know if he wants to or not. That said, how much would you pay for the dash if it's not cracked or anything? It's too dark out now for me to take pictures of it but I can take more pictures of the dash tomorrow ***IF*** I get home from work early enough

If he parts it, I would like to know how much for steering wheel and door panels. And maybe the wheels.

I talked to Tyler, as long as I can get a few people to promise they will buy parts off it, he will part it.

That said, I will take close up pictures of the dash if I get home early enough today, there is one super small crack on the passenger side corner, but other than that it's in really good shape.

I will also get pictures of the door panels and steering wheel later.

O, and parts will generally only be pulled on the weekends, Neither Tyler nor I usually has time during the week.

If the space frame is good and rust level is ok why would anyone in the world want to part out an Indy. .. Can you post some pics of the normal rusted areas and the vin#. If I was in the mood for an Indy I would be all over this

For $600 its worth buying the whole car and parting it out your self.. You'll get your money back between the carpets and badges.

I can answer this easily. Right now, he doesn't really have the money to finish it up, God only knows how long it's been sitting and what will be wrong with it once it's driven down the road, and third, I work 60-70 hours a week and have more interesting things to work on, (like my fiero that has been sitting for 9 years now) so I'm not going to do it. and Tyler is working 50-60 hours a week and lives far enough away from where I am that he really doesn't have time to drive out here during the week, and on the weekend we work on things that make us money.

Please post the VIN and mileage for the Indy VIN list that is being put together by user SuperchargedV6.

He's trying to get an accurate list of Indys that have not yet been salvaged.

Thanks!

Thanks to Tyler and cooguyfish this Indy has found a new home with me in Canada. Thank you both for all your help! I'm going to rebuild it and get driveable again. Which motor and trans? I'm not sure. Do you believe Canada Customs charges a $100 excise tax for a/c, on a car with no motor or transmission? - doesn't seem right to me.

That is completely illegal and do not understand how Canadians allow this type of Socialize garbage. Sadly we are headed in the same direction. Rick B
