Possibly a SkiTime mod that wasn't trimmed properly? Looks like someone just took an extra front ground piece and bolted it on under the stock piece...
yes, it did scrape when it was on. it was just a spare front end that was cut and bolted on. right now it is no longer on the car because of that reason. but if a buyer wanted it, they could take it and trim it up themselves.

Please list the items that may need attention/repair. 1) A/C and heater working? 2) Any rust in the ussual places? 3) Dew wipes? 4) Scratches in windows? 5) Exhaust manifold leaks? 6) Delamination on tail lights? 7) Paint condition? Is it original? 8) Tire size? 9) Cluthc condition? 10) Any leaks? 11) All instruments / gauges working, including cruiise control?
