This may be a stupid question but I am wanting to purchase a deluxe sbc v8 kit from v8archie and when I go to his website it shows the kit, all the details of the kits, price and options. My question is the kit still available because i have tried multiple times to order the kit off his site and i can’t figure out how to do such. I don’t know if anyone will have any answers, idk if you are supposed to call him to order it and i’ve emailed him with no success. There is just no option that I see on his website to like “add it to my cart” and enter all the CC information and shipping address. Hopefully somebody can shed some light,
Thanks

I just took a look at Archie's web sites. Yes, he shows two sites. The newer one only has contact info by emailing him in the "contact" section of the site, near as I can tell. Didn't notice a phone number. The older site has a number, but I think that was the number before he semi retired. I have not contacted him since he has move to Nevada, but from what I understand he does still supply many of his products. Good luck. You will enjoy a V8 Fiero!

Archie is a friend of mine and the kits are readily available. I sent him this post this AM.

There are no stupid questions here.

I used to have an online order form. It would work OK on simple things like the battery tray or headliner. However, many times on the V-8 kits errors were made in filling out the order forms. That caused the customers lost time & additional shipping costs to exchange parts back & forth.

While the main thing I do is sell V-8 kits, I find it easier to talk to the customer & ask a few questions about what exactly he has & what he needs. That way I can get the order right from the start. That saves me time & the customer money.

I find it easier & cheaper for the customer To get the order right from the get go. So I’d rather have them call me at 847-212-3909, then I can ask them questions to make sure they get the right parts from the start.
My phone number is 847-212-3909. On my newer website opening page my contact information is on the lower right side of the main page.

Archie@v8archie.com.

Thanks

Archie

On my old website vs new website topic. My current website (era 2015) is www.v8archie.us If you type in www.v8archie.com it will redirect you to the .us site. At the time of the new website, I changed website servers & cancelled the old website. However that old host never actually shut down that site.

Please note that the current website is said to be non Iphone friendly. So try the site on a PC or I'm told that you can "view desktop site' in the iphone browser options to fix all that.

Thanks

Archie

Also, Thanks Steve for sending me the link.

A
